studio & event rental guidelines

To keep Shutter & Social beautiful and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all renters to follow these guidelines:

Rental Time

Your rental begins and ends at your scheduled time.
Setup and cleanup must happen within your reserved timeframe.
Additional time may be purchased in half hour increments.  Subject to studio availability.

Food + Drinks

Outside food and drinks are welcome.
Please clean all spills immediately.

Decorations

Decorations are welcome!
Nails and tacts that are provided by shutter and social may be used in between the slats in the walls.
No nails, screws, glitter, confetti, or anything that may damage the space unless approved beforehand.

Guests

Renters are responsible for all guests attending their session or event.
Please respect neighboring businesses and the surrounding property.

Space Care

Please treat the studio and furnishings with care.
Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original location.
Furniture must be picked up and moved, not pushed across the floor.
Renters are responsible for any damage caused during their rental.
